Just so you know, an Archtop isnany guitar with an ARCH TOP!!!! That means Gibson les pauls are arch tops. If you want those kind of arch tops I recommend a Gibson les Paul, bc rich mockingbird Archtop, or a prs with Archtop. If you want the semihollowbody or that stuff, the best is definitely Gibson es 335s. The best cheaper one is an epiphone Archtop semi hollow or hollow Archtop. Look at the epiphone stuff for under 400. Check out the bc rich just for fun if you have the time. It looks and sounds pretty boss.
Mikey forgot to list the Gretsch archtop lines. They are reasonably priced with good tone.
